We are excited to announce the release of multiple new features for Oneflow. These features were developed based on feedback from customers like you, and we believe that they will greatly enhance your experience with Oneflow. You will now be able to create internal reminders, embed videos and deactivate signing for more proposals like documents. Below you’ll find the complete list of features now available.

Create custom internal reminders

It’s now possible to create your own internal reminder on contracts. This can be done from both the calendar or from the options menu on individual contracts. Once a reminder is created, it will send an email on the selected date, time and individuals.

Sign documents when ready

With our new sign later feature you can decide when you want to have signing enabled in a document. This is perfect if you e.g. want to negotiate terms before your counterparty signs.

Embed videos in your documents

It’s now possible for you to add videos directly inside your document with our new video section. This is a great way to personalize your document with a presentation or other useful content.

New navigation for admins

We have also improved our navigation for admin users by making all the menu items in one level in a new slide out menu.

Data management settings

To help you with your GDPR and privacy compliance, we have collected all privacy related settings in the same page. You can opt in and out of tools and decide how Oneflow processes your data yourself. You can find these settings under the data management page.
