Updated Salesforce integration!

Great news to all our Salesforce friends! We’re now launching an updated Oneflow x Salesforce integration – and it’s pretty amazing

Features like two-way sync, Slack integration and the possibility to transfer any data to a contract, open up a lot of possibilities of automation and customization.

You can now make attachments required

it is now possible to require a counterparty to upload an attachment in order for them to sign the contract.

To make attachments required, simply press the cog wheel next to the attachment section and activate it from there.

If you haven’t activated the “Allow counterparties to add attachments” it will automatically become activated when you use “Require counterparty attachments” as it’s mandatory for it to work.

Dashboard cross-linking

It’s now possible to click the 4 boxes in the dashboard (pending, signed, declined & overdue) which will take you directly to the contract list with the corresponding filter. This will allow you to quickly access those contracts directly from the dashboard to dig deeper into your contracts.

A better way to search across Workspaces

We’re happy to announce that we have made a major improvement that lets you search across multiple Workspaces.

How it works

When you press the search icon in the top bar it will take you to a global contract list that displays contracts in the Workspaces you have access to. We have also added the Workspace name on each contract to let you easily identify where the contract belongs.

Additionally we added a Workspace filter in the filter list that lets you choose which contracts to display from each Workspace.

We hope you like this feature as much as we do and that you magically find the contracts you’re looking for. Work wonders!

Updates to the contract sidebar

The sidebar in contracts and templates have been updated with some new magic!

Sidebar auto save
You no longer need to manually save changes in the sidebar. Any action you take, such as adding participants, changing settings or extending the signing period will be applied automatically to your template or contract.

Settings for contracts
Previously only templates had a settings tab. We have now made this available for contracts as well, which means that you can now change settings directly in a contract. However, some of these settings, such as defaults or permissions, are only controlled by templates and cannot be changed in a contract.We also took the opportunity to consolidate all settings and features that was previously scattered across other tabs into the new settings tab to make it more consistent. You'll now find the following settings in the new tab:

Signing period
Video
Download PDF (We have also added this to the options menu)
Require attachment signatures
Enable / disable comments

Changed navigation for admin pages

We’ve made a small but quite magical change on how you navigate around in our admin pages. Previously we had two menu icons in our primary navigation that represented admin pages:

User management / workspaces
Account

The new navigation

We have now merged the two menu items into one as we understand it was confusing and it should now easier for you to access the admin pages. You will now find all the admin settings under one menu icon: “Admin settings”.

We hope that you will enjoy this small but practical change and that it help you find things easier and stay in your flow!

Match all tags in the contract list

We have now added the functionality to match all tags in the contract list. This allows you to get more specific search results for your contracts when using tags.

How it works

All you have to do is select two or more tags and then check the match all tags checkbox. This will display contracts that have at least those selected tags.

Importing with templates

It is now possible to use a template when importing a contract to Oneflow. This will allow for more customization, convenience and specific imports.

How it works

In the modal that opens after pressing the import button, there will now be a section to use a template for that import.

For templates to show up in that section they’ll need to have the system tag “Import”. This is simply done by adding the tag to the template you want to use for importing. Keep in mind that you need to use the existing system tag, displayed with a grey background color.

A small adjustment to the sidebar

Previously, we had three admin page items in our left sidebar. The item that's no longer there is Workspaces, which can be found as a tab under User management & workspaces instead.

A small adjustment to the contract list filters

Tomorrow (2020-10-02) we’re making a small adjustment to our filters in the contract list that will enable you to immediately find drafts without filter change.

The change is that the default tab “All contracts” will now include drafts as well. This means that you might start seeing drafts in the contract list that you previously didn’t see immediately. We’re making this change to make it possible to save your own filters in the future.

A tip from Oneflow

In our data retention settings you can choose to automatically remove drafts after a given time. This will help you keep your contract list more relevant and organized without unnecessary drafts lying around. Ask your closest Admin to configure this for your collection.
