We are excited to announce the launch of three new features on our platform: AI Assist, a Zapier integration, and the ability to upload multiple attachments in your contracts at the same time.

AI assist will be rolling out in the coming weeks

AI assist will provide a helpful assistant for your digital contract needs. You will be able to ask for help, suggestions and even ask it to give you entire templates, so that you can streamline your contract creation, management, and signing processes, saving you time and effort. Get ready to step into the digital age and experience a whole new level of contract management. Your account administrators can opt out from this functionality in the data management page.

Exciting news! We’ve just released our Oneflow-Zapier integration.

With our new triggers and actions, you can now automate tasks and streamline your workflow with over 5000 apps!

Upload multiple attachments at the same time

We are excited to let you know that you can now upload multiple attachments at the same time inside your contracts. This means you can add more documents, pictures, and files to your contracts at the same time for an even smoother process. We know this is a much-awaited addition, and we're so glad to finally be able to offer it to you.

All these updates are designed to make your contract management experience as easy and efficient as possible. We're constantly thinking of ways to improve and enhance our platform, and we're thrilled to share these new features with you.

Organize your documents with folders

Dear customers,

We are excited to announce the release of a new folder feature that will greatly enhance your experience and the organization of your documents.

With this new feature, you will now be able to create folders within a Workspace and easily move documents into those folders. This will help you keep your documents organized and easily accessible, making it easier for you to find what you need when you need it.

New navigation!

We’re happy to announce our new navigation today! With the new navigation we’ve also moved a couple of items around to make it easier for you to access and interact with.

Expand & collapse

The new navigation now supports an expanded or collapsed mode depending on what you prefer. You can switch between the modes by moving your mouse over the navigation and clicking the button that appears on top instead of the Oneflow logo.

Workspaces

With the new navigation we’ve moved the Workspace picker into the navigation. You can select your Workspace by clicking the icon in the collapsed mode, or clicking the Workspace name in the expanded mode.

Your profile, search & help

Finally, your profile, search & help is also located in the bottom part of the navigation.

Oneflow for Google Workspace is now live

We’re super excited to announce that you can now connect Oneflow to Google Workspace.

With Oneflow’s add-on, you can create, track and sign contracts without leaving your favourite Google Workspace apps. Combine the powerful editing capabilities of the Google productivity apps and turn any documents into digital contracts ready to be sent for electronic signatures.

Linking contracts, text editor updates, better reminders and more

We’re excited to share a couple of big updates to Oneflow that we are sure will help you work wonders.

A fresh look to the text editor

We have made some big changes for the text editors design, making it not only look more modern and familiar but also responsive for mobile devices. This will make editing contracts a lot more pleasant and friction less.

The new text editor will be rolling out to everyone within the upcoming weeks. Here’s a preview:

Keep track and organize your contracts like never before

Allowing you to keep your most valuable assets organized and searchable is a key priority for us. That’s why we are very happy to announce a feature that will allow you to link contracts between each other and easily find contracts that belong together.

In the option menu for a contract there is now an option called “Link to…”. This will open a modal that will allow you to select what link type you want to use and search for the contract you wish to link. You can link contracts in different Workspaces that you have access to.

Once a link is created, that contract will have a new button that indicates the amount of links and can be pressed to see all linked contracts.

Exact matches when searching contracts

It’s now possible to get even more accurate contract searches with our new search feature. We now support the option to do an exact match search, e.g. “Example”. When searching with quotation marks, the search will find the exact match for that search phrase and will make your search a lot more precise.

Send reminders more dynamically

We have made a couple of improvements to the send reminder feature that makes it much more flexible. You will now have the option to either select from a list with different participant categories or customize it by adding or removing participants yourself.

Signing order is now available in Oneflow!

We’ve had the Signing order feature under beta testing for a period of time and it’s now available to all Oneflow users.

Signing order lets you configure the order your contract should be signed in.

How it works

To enable the feature, all you have to do is press the “Signing order” toggle in the contract sidebar. Every participant will get a number to the right of their name where you can select which order they will receive and be able to sign the contract.

If a participant is not a signatory they will receive the contract and it’ll then automatically continue to the next one in the order if there is no signatory in the same step.

Keep in mind that Signing order is only available in draft contracts and once the contract has been sent, you can no longer change participants or the Signing order. To change participants or the Signing order, you will have to create a new contract.

Changes from beta

For those that have been using Signing order under it’s beta, Signing order now supports parallel signing order, which means that multiple participants can sign at the same step.

Saving and notifying participants

We have some great news for you!

There is a new way for you to notify your participants when editing a contract. You now have the option to notify the participants instead of always notifying them when you’re making a change to the contract.

How it works

After you have sent a contract and edit its content, a checkbox will appear above the save button to the right with an option “Notify participants”. This checkbox controls if your contract participants will receive an email notification or not.

By default your contract participants will not receive an email notification when you save your changes, and you need to select this option if you want an email notification to be sent.

Once you check the checkbox and save your changes, a modal will appear where you have the option to optionally write a customized message. You still have the ability to leave these fields blank to use the a default message.

We hope you enjoy this new and improved way of working with notifications where you will have more flexibility and control over when your participants get notified of contract changes!

Create contracts without templates

Flow is key, and what wouldn’t be more flow than being able to quickly create contracts without relying on templates. It is now possible to create a blank document which lets you build a custom contract without pre-existing sections. Oneflow supports documents of any kind and this functionality enables your business to grow with Oneflow.

How it works

When you press the “Create contract” button in the left navigation menu, there is now an option called “Create blank” which will create a new contract in your current Workspace.

Permissions

This new functionality has a permission that lets you control if you want to lock down your workflows to always require templates.

You can use this feature today if you have the permissions “Create contract” and “change contract layout” in your Workspace.

Introducing our new calendar view

We are happy to announce a new feature that will help you keeping track of your contract events and reminders. With our new calendar view, you will be able to see your contract events and reminders on a calendar which will make it a lot easier to get the information you need for when a contract is changing its event.

How to find it

You can access the calendar from the contract list by navigating to the tab that’s named “Calendar” that is next to the “All contracts” tab.

The calendar

Once inside, you’ll find a calendar that will be defaulted to the current month. In the top left you’ll find the actions to navigate between months and take you back to today.
* Currently it’s only possible to navigate three months back and only your own contracts.

The events

The information that you’ll find in the calendar are contract events, lifecycle events and reminders. You will be able to identify which contract the event belongs to and on which date it occurs on.
* Many of the events are based on our duration section that you’ll find inside the contract.

We’re excited to release this new feature that will greatly help you keeping track of your contract events and make you work wonders! Like always, we will continue to improve this feature with more magic functionality going forward.

Filter on your colleagues

It is now possible to filter on your colleagues in the contract list. Previously, you could only filter out contracts that had yourself as a participant. This will make it a lot easier for you when searching for contracts with specific colleagues in them.

How it works

All you have to do is to select the colleagues that you want to filter on from the list. You can also choose to match all colleagues if you have selected more than two colleagues. This will then only display contracts that contains at least the selected colleagues.
